1. Keeps workstations clean, organized, and well stocked with raw materials.Stocks individual workstations with raw materials at the end of each day to prepare for the next day’s production.
2. Inspects raw materials and finished goods for quality and proper assembly.
Organizes unused stock and supplies for storage in the inventory storage area.
3. Collects daily production counts off the machines. Completes production count paperwork (including transfer sheets) in the absence of the Assistant IP Supervisor.
4. Packs, boxes, and palletizes finished goods.
5. Breaks down and discards empty boxes and containers. Removes discarded components and debris from workstations.
6. Identifies safety hazards in the Gadgets area and informs management promptly.
7. Performs other tasks and duties as assigned.
