SALES ASSOCIATE

 

Responsibilities:

Full-time.  Assist customers with office supplies and clothing items at CABVI’s Base Supply Center located on Wright-Patterson Air Force Base.  Other duties include, but are not limited to:

*Greet customers and assist them in locating and selecting items to purchase while providing a high level of customer service.

*Calculate total purchases using point of sale terminal and process payments.
*Operate computer bar code system; print, verify item bar code and affix to product.

*Stock shelves and assist with set-up of promotional product displays.

*Maintain clean work and customer services areas to promote pleasant shopping experience for BSC customers.
 

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.  Good reading and math skills.  Service or retail experience preferred.  Ability to lift and handle up to 50 pounds required.

CONTACT CENTER COORDINATOR

 This position reports to the Director of Administration. Job duties include:

  1. Responsible for supervision of the Contact Center trainees to assure the client and their customers receive superior customer service.

  1. Manages staff schedules and prioritizes daily workflow.

  1. Accurately maintains customer database(s) and ensures consistent and accurate data capture for tracking, analysis, and reporting.

  1. Handles escalated customer service issues as well as incoming calls as needed

  1. Maintains proficiency with technology used in the daily operation of the Contact Center.

  1. Maintains strict confidentiality of sensitive customer and company information.

  1. Promotes a positive team environment and communicates regularly with staff and management to ensure a clear understanding of CABVI goals.

  1. Contributes to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the Contact Center by performing all other projects and duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Associates degree in a related field and 2-3 years of demonstrated increased responsibility in a Customer Service or Contact Center/Call Center environment.  Previous Contact Center experience preferred.  Applicants who possess equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.

  1. Excellent interpersonal skills that include active listening & prompt response. 

  1. Ability to perform computer skills with speed and accuracy (minimum 40 WPM). 

  1. Ability to spend extended periods of time seated at a computer workstation while using a headset, telephone, and computer. 

  1. Experience working with people with disabilities or the willingness to learn about the abilities of and challenges faced by people with disabilities. 

Drug and background testing required prior to start.
